(Shelves are finished MDF) It spins on an all steel swivel mechanism with steel bearings for easy access to all 4 sides. Superior quality with heavy duty construction, and it only takes up 18 1/4" square inches of floor space. Simple assembly required, the only tools needed are a screwdriver and hammer.
